Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reach your offices via public transportation?

Yes, both Medicaid Transportation and CATS are available to and from our offices. For details on routes and schedules, contact CATS at (704) 336-7433 or Medicaid Transportation at: 704-336-4547

If I cannot reach you directly by phone, is it safe to leave a voice mail message?

Yes, the voice mail is confidential and is not accessible to anyone else. Because we currently do not have a full time receptionist, leaving a detailed voice mail message is generally the easiest way to make an inquiry or request an appointment. If you prefer to leave a written message, you can so by utilizing the Contact Us form.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, HSA cards, and all major credit cards.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, please see our rates & insurance page for details.

Do you perform child custody & other civil court evaluations?

While we do not perform these services ourselves, we happily offer referrals to other professionals offering hese services if necessary.
